Delivery time
- The delivery time for products in stock is 1 to 2 working days
- The average delivery time for products that are not in stock is approximately 10 - 15 days.
- It is possible that your order will be sent in multiple packages
Did you accidentally send your order to the wrong address?
Please inform us of this as soon as possible.
Do you find out after ordering that the address details are incorrect?

We will then adjust the address details for you.
Has the package already been sent?
Then unfortunately we can no longer fix this.
Postage costs
Shipping a Diamond Painting is completely FREE within the Netherlands.
Shipping to Belgium or Germany is €7.95. Do you live in another country and would you like to order from us? That is also possible, just contact us and we will make it right!
Shipping of accessories costs € 5.95 and from € 40 they are shipped FREE within NL. For BE&DE there is a rate of €7.95 from €75 FREE shipping
Delivery time custom painting products
Custom paintings have a delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks after approval of the layout by the producer.
Please keep this in mind. (*this delivery time is only an indication, no rights can be derived from this indication*)
You will receive a message from us as soon as the custom painting has been shipped. After arrival at us, we carry out a quality check and then you will receive a track and trace code.
This allows you to track the package.
If you have not received the product after 3 weeks, please contact us.
