Exchange and return

We do everything we can to keep you satisfied as a customer.
You can therefore return your product to us within 14 days of receipt.
Do you want to exchange or return a product? Please contact us atsteenvoorsteen@dutsj.nl and download the return form.

Step 1) Download the return form here .

Step 2) Fill in the return form as completely as possible.

Step 3) Send the package with return form and track & trace code to the address stated on the return form.

Step 4) After receiving the product, stone by stone will exchange the product as desired or refund the purchase amount.

To be eligible for a product exchange or refund of the purchase price, the product must meet the following conditions:
Product is in original condition.
Product contains no traces of use.

Items excluded from return are:
Personalized diamond paintings.
Damaged items.

*Steen voor Steen diamond paintings reserves the right to exclude products, which are suspected to be not in their original condition or damaged, from the right of return*.

Cancel order

Orders can be canceled free of charge if not yet processed or shipped. Send an email with the order number tosteenvoorsteen@dutsj.nl . If possible, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount.
