All our products are (unless stated otherwise) delivered from our own stock in the Netherlands.
The regular delivery time is 1 to 2 working days, depending on how busy it is.
For custom or ordered products, we aim for a delivery time of 10 to 15 days.

Do you want to change or cancel your order?
Please contact us as soon as possible .
Indicate here what you want to change or cancel.
We will then do everything we can to comply with this request.
Has the order already been processed, but not shipped?
Then we can still change or cancel the order.
Has the order already been shipped and do you really not want it?
Then wait until you have received the package at home and use your right of withdrawal.
We will then refund the purchase amount to your account.(* Please note . This does not apply to custom products*)

It can sometimes take a while before you receive it.
Have you already checked your unwanted (spam) mailbox? Yes? then wait a minute.
If you haven't received it after 2 hours, something probably went wrong.
Contact us .
Then we'll take a look together.

Hey annoying, but unfortunately this happens sometimes. Send us an email stating your order number and state the color(numbers) and the number of bags you are missing.
We will send it to you free of charge.

What a pity that you are not satisfied. Have you already contacted us to discuss this? If you still want to return, make use of your right of withdrawal. Use the withdrawal form for this and send it . We will then ensure that you have the purchase amount back on your account within 14 days after receipt of the product.
Please note that there are conditions attached to the return.
Products must:
- Be in original and unused condition
- Have original tags and labels;
- Free of damage, unless indicated upon receipt.
- Contain no traces of use.

products excluded from return are:

- personalized photo diamond paintings
- Damaged items after use
- other personalized products
The costs of return are for the account of the sender, and must be provided with a track and trace code. Keep your track and trace well!. We may need this if the product is unexpectedly lost.

Steen voor Steen Diamond Painting can be reached via telephone, whatsapp, email, Facebook or Instagram. Send us a private message via one of these channels and we will do everything we can to answer it as soon as possible. Usually within 24 hours.

NO! Stone by Stone does NOT do dropshipping. We are a young company that is still developing. However, it is not yet possible for us to have everything in stock. All our products are delivered from stock in the Netherlands.
If we order something for you, it will be delivered to you through us and we will inform you about this. We check every delivery for quality. Our supplier will never deliver directly to you. With this you will not be faced with unexpected VAT or import costs and we can guarantee the quality!
